At St Cross
At St Cross we have a Reader, a Reader in training and a Pastoral Worker who, together with the Vicar, form the Ministry Team.
We take time to pray and reflect on God's word to us in the Bible and consider the worship and mission of the parish. We bounce ideas around which allows an element of discernment in our decisions.
Reports from the ministry team meetings are brought to the Parochial Church Council (PCC) which is the management committee of the church.
